About River

Meet River! This wonderful German Shepherd is looking for a loving home. As a female dog in the 3 - 7 years age range, River has so much love and companionship to share.

Animal Assistance League of Orange County received an urgent call from Orange County Animal Care: nine puppies, all approximately 12 weeks old, had tested positive for parvovirus. One other tiny puppy had already lost the fight and died. These babies had been abandoned at a veterinary hospital and then transferred to the matchmaking network.
