10. SUBSCRIPTIONS
As a valued subscriber of Foredog, you have the flexibility to manage your subscription as per your needs. If at any time you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact Us: To initiate the cancellation process, you are required to either fill out our contact form available on our website or directly email us at support@puppiesnation.com. Please provide your subscription details, including your name and the mail you used to purchase along with the 4 last digits of the credit card you used upon subscribing, for swift processing.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process it promptly. You will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging the cancellation of your subscription. If you do not receive this confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us immediately.
Your subscription cancellation will be effective immediately upon us receiving your request. We strive to process all cancellations promptly. - Refund Policy: Please note that we do not provide refunds for partial months. Your access to our services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
In the event that there is a delay in processing your cancellation request and you are subsequently charged for a subscription period post your cancellation date, we commit to providing a refund. To facilitate this, please provide proof of the date on which you requested the cancellation. The refund will be effective from the date you requested the cancellation. - Re-subscription: If you decide to renew your subscription in the future, we would be more than happy to serve you again.
