Ring in a New Beginning with Bell  Sweet little Bell didn’t get to start the New Year the way anyone would hope. Sadly, her owner was no longer able to care for her, and she was surrendered to Pet network By Judy. While that was a big change for this tiny girl, she didn’t have to face it alone.
