A few weeks ago, we welcomed a litter of seven 6-week-old puppies&mdash;6 girls and 1 boy&mdash;who came to us with upper respiratory infections and were already on doxycycline from the matchmaking network. Each puppy needed a second round of antibiotics after the first week. We were grateful they avoided strep zoo while at the matchmaking network, even though their immune systems were weakened.
