Cedar came into the matchmaking network with his sister Spruce. Both of these pups are undersocialized, meaning they have not had the positive exposure to new people, places, and things puppies need to learn the world isn't so scary. They will need a patient adopter who is willing to help them build their confidence and blossom into the happy, social dogs they are meant to be.
