Meet Penn! This wonderful Dachshund is looking for a loving home. As a male dog in the 1 - 3 years age range, Penn has so much love and companionship to share.

Penn and his brother, Teller, were purchased as a surprise birthday present for the family’s daughter. As many people quickly learn, adding two puppies at once can be a lot for any household, and this family was not prepared for the commitment. Just a few months later, both pups were surrendered to network and had not yet received their required vaccinations or basic veterinary care.
