Posted 6/29/18, and pictures updated 5/10/20 - Callan was surrendered on 4/11/18. An older woman contacted the Smith County, TX matchmaking network about her young dog. The officer who talked to her, called me to see if I could help, since the matchmaking network cannot take owner surrenders.
