Meet Winnie (GA), the little snowflake who refused to give up.&nbsp;At just 14 weeks old (as of late January 2026), this tiny Labrador Retriever mixed-breed&nbsp;sweetheart has already survived more than any puppy ever should. Winnie and her siblings were abandoned outside in the freezing cold, left with no matchmaking network and no chance&mdash;until networkrs found them just in time.
