Meet Tobias! This wonderful German Shepherd is looking for a loving home. As a male dog in the 1 - 3 years age range, Tobias has so much love and companionship to share.

TOBIAS is an extreme cruelty/neglect case. When Toby was rushed to a vet shortly after arriving to MOGS, he had a body-wide skin infection (bacterial and yeast) from scratching desperately at a massive flea infestation. He had several patchy and missing areas of fur.
