Chispita is a 4-year-old, 10-pound Chihuahua mix with the sweetest personality and a charm all her own. Though she is missing one eye, it certainly doesn’t slow her down — if anything, it makes her even more special. This happy little girl loves toys, treats, and spending time with her people.
