Meet Flash! This wonderful Chihuahua is looking for a loving home. As a male dog in the 1 - 3 years age range, Flash has so much love and companionship to share.

Flash is a young 13lb chi mix with the sweetest soul and an adorable little snaggle tooth. He came from a hoarding situation and is still learning that the world — and people — can be safe and kind. Flash is can be shy at first but despite his fears, he has made wonderful progress.
