Meet Arthur, a 6-year-old, 17 lb Shih Tzu with a calm, easygoing personality that’s impossible not to love. This sweet little guy is potty trained, quiet, and happiest living the relaxed life. While he’ll happily join you for a nice walk, an occasional game of fetch, or a ride in the car (he’s an excellent passenger!
