Tom Cruise is a friendly little guy who enjoys leash walks with volunteers and has done well housed in a room with other small dogs   He may be small, but he wakes up every day choosing spice. Big opinions, big feelings, big “don’t tell me what to do” vibes. He allows handling and can be picked up, but he prefers respectful service only — no squeezing, no manhandling, no funny business.
