Meet Frankie   Meet Frankie, a truly special boy with an incredible story. Frankie was found as a stray in California with a dislocated hip and spent nearly two months in a matchmaking network. Even though we were not a partner network with that matchmaking network, their volunteers loved him so much that they reached out and advocated for him, knowing he deserved a chance.
