Meet Noel! This wonderful Chihuahua is looking for a loving home. As a female dog in the 3 - 7 years age range, Noel has so much love and companionship to share.

Noel has had a rough start in her life. She was confiscated by animal control in Bakersfield, CA due to her previous owners abusing her. Since she has had her pups and experienced love in her care home home, Noel is a changed dog.
