Chelsea is a sweet, playful, and easygoing girl who’s been thriving in her care home home. Although she’s estimated to be around 7 years old, she acts much younger and has a lovely balance of calm companionship and playful energy. She loves spending time outdoors, soaking up attention from her people, and doing her daily yard zoomies.
