Meet Kiara Kiara is a 3-year-old, 8–10 pound scruffy terrier mix with a heart as big as her ears are cute. This little sweetheart has blossomed into a confident, playful, and outgoing pup who’s ready to take on the world—especially if it involves belly rubs and squeaky toys. She’s affectionate, curious, and loves to romp around with other small dogs.
