Jazzy’s journey hasn’t been easy—but his growth has been nothing short of incredible.He came from a heartbreaking hoarding situation and eventually landed at the South Los Angeles Animal Services alongside two of his brothers, Rex and Chavelle. Like so many dogs networkd from hoarding cases, the matchmaking network environment was overwhelming and terrifying.
