Lucy, a bright and loving 1-2-year-old, is officially on her freedom ride to Pet Savers! After spending far too long at Caddo Parish Animal Services, we’re beyond excited to give her a fresh start. This heartworm-negative, spayed, and fully up-to-date girl is ready for her next adventure.
