Kelly is a 3-year-old, 60 lb spayed Shepherd mix with a big heart and so much love to give. She’s been waiting almost two years for her forever home, and we can’t understand why! Kelly is friendly with both people and dogs and, thanks to her care home with Double Down Dog Training on Whidbey Island, she comes with an amazing training foundation.
