About Rio

Meet Rio! This wonderful Shepherd is looking for a loving home. As a male dog in the 1 - 3 years age range, Rio has so much love and companionship to share.

  After a tough experience (Rio experienced intentional blunt trauma force to the head and was temporarily paralyzed while on the streets of Mexico), Rio has a few extra quirks BUT that just means there’s more love to go around.  Thank you to our friends at Crossing Guardians for saving Rio and never turning your back on those that need us the most! Rio is thriving and is here to prove that he is as resilient as he is adorable.
