Luna has made a full recovery and is ready for her forever home. This sweet girl was on a 'stray hold, owner notified' at BARC and owner failed to claim her. She sat in doggie jail twice as long as a non-chipped dog on the hope and expectation that the owner cared enough to go pick her up.
