Buster's care home let us know:`Sometimes a pup just tugs at your heart. That was the case for Buster’s care home, Lisa, when she saw him frantically wiggling his pretty tail when found abandoned, communicating with every ounce of his soul, “Love me, please, and I will love you back.” We don’t know Buster’s whole history, but it’s clear he was well taken care of and loved.
