Meet Humphrey (fl)! This wonderful Bichon Frise is looking for a loving home. As a male dog in the 3 - 7 years age range, Humphrey (fl) has so much love and companionship to share.

  Humphrey is no longer available for adoption, because of his declining health, SCMR feels it is in his best interest to keep him in his loving care home home for the time he has left.  A home that is familiar and where he enjoys his care home siblings.  He is 9 years old and is doing well considering his health issues.
