Billy is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu with a big personality packed into a tiny, adorable package. This little guy loves being the center of attention and would likely do best as the only pet so he can soak up all the love from his people. Billy adores being carried around like the little prince he is and loves wearing cozy sweaters.
