Meet Penelope! This wonderful Terrier is looking for a loving home. As a female dog in the 3 - 7 years age range, Penelope has so much love and companionship to share.

This sweet girl was found tied to a pole in the Bronx, freezing and extremely ill. Alone, scared, and suspected of having ingested poison, she was fighting for her life when she should have been safe at home. Thankfully, she was given the medical care and love she so desperately needed.
