Meet Pupto, our 5-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix who has been searching for her person for way too long. When she came to us as an owner surrender, we thought she’d be adopted in no time—she already knew how to sit, walked like a dream on a leash, and had a heart overflowing with love and loyalty. But somehow, three years have passed, and she’s still waiting.
