Cece can be anxious in new situations, so she’s looking for a calm, patient home that understands the value of going slow. She prefers an adults‑and‑teens (13+) household where routines are predictable and people respect her space. Once she settles in, Cece is a wonderfully low‑maintenance girl with very simple wants: a sunny spot to relax, a cozy couch to cuddle on, a walk once or twice a day, and plenty of tasty treats.
