Meet Cotton, a 3-year-old Poodle mix from Georgia with the gentlest soul and the heart of a survivor. This sweetheart was found wandering alone, injured and in pain—two rubber bands cruelly cutting off circulation to his foot. But even in the face of such unkindness, Cotton’s spirit remained unbroken.
