Bailey and Lucy (TX) are a bonded brother and sister duo who were born into network on May 5, 2019.  Bailey and Lucy are Heeler mixes, although Bailey looks more like a Labrador Retriever. Bailey is a neutered male, and Lucy is a spayed female, and they weigh 45-50 lbs.
