About Justus

Meet Justus! This wonderful Pit Bull is looking for a loving home. As a male dog in the 7+ years age range, Justus has so much love and companionship to share.

This stunning boy is Justus, a Pit mix born in 2015, who came into network from Texas - found  chained, with no fur, eyes filled with mucus, skin raging from infection from neglect and abuse, unable to use his back legs and left on a blanket to die. An MRI determined that blunt force trauma caused a fracture to his spine that was never treated. With intensive physical therapy, our strong-willed warrior with the now-gorgeous coat is running, playing and ready for a home of his own!
