Wicket is with our network partner in Louisiana and can come to NJ if a care home or adopter steps up for him Meet Wicket      This pint-sized gentleman (just 10 lbs!) is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu with the biggest heart and the softest soul.   Wicket’s story started with heartbreak — he was sadly dumped on the side of the road — but thanks to a kind person who stopped to help, his luck has turned around.
