Meet Milo Milo is an adorable deep tan Chihuahua mix who weighs about 12 pounds and is around 4 years old. This little guy found himself in an overcrowded matchmaking network after being surrendered by his owner. The chaos and noise of the matchmaking network were very scary for him, and it was clear he just didn’t understand how he ended up there.
