Expected to stay small (around 10&ndash;15 lbs), Spencer is a happy little puppy with a playful personality and plenty of affection to share.Spencer is one of five siblings networkd from the streets of Mexico and now safely growing up in care home care. Now that he&rsquo;s healthy and thriving, he&rsquo;s embracing everything puppyhood has to offer &mdash; playtime, exploration, cuddles, and lots of naps.
