Meet Patsy (aka Patsy Potato ) Patsy—lovingly known as Patsy Potato—is a low-riding, 40-pound pitbull/bulldog mix with the kind of soulful eyes that tell a whole story. Born around January 2023, Patsy hasn’t had the easiest start to life, but she’s finally ready for what comes next: a real home of her own. For far too long, Patsy’s world was small.
