Meet -  Bolt - #MADLoveBoltBolt and another dog wandered into a quiet Miami neighborhood off a very busy road just before the holidays.  Neighbors rallied to contian them to keep them safe.  They immediately took them to a vet and unfortunately no microchip was found.
