Ryker had everything he needed - a loving home with an owner who adored him.  And then his owner became very ill, and could no longer provide this wonderful guy with the life he needs and deserves.  Ryker had to leave his home and is again looking for his forever home with a person who can love him, play with him, enjoy his athletic abilities and go on adventures.
